Noccalula Falls Park and Campground

Once called Black Creek Falls, Noccalula Falls are a 90-foot drop into the Black Creek gorge which are easily viewed from accessible sidewalks. The waterfall, fed by Black Creek alone, is dependent on rainfall. When there are high volumes of rain, it can flood, often in the winter and spring. Regardless of the amount of water, it is always a sight to see.

One of the unique attractions to Noccalula Falls is that you can pass under the Falls by accessing the Gorge Trail which takes you deep into the gorge.

Located around the waterfall, Black Creek Trails consist of 15 trails and connectors for those who enjoy walking, running, hiking, and bicycling. The trails wind around the campground and cabins. The bridge leading over Black Creek above the Falls allows a 360-degree view of this grand natural falls.

The legend of Noccalula imagines a folk tale steeped in Native American imagery and myth. A statue perched on the precipice reminds us of the legendary leap of Princess Noccalula.

Seasonally visitors can enjoy the botanical gardens, a petting zoo, and mini-golf in addition to this beautiful waterfall, campground, and trails.
